Eric Davis

• Eric Davis is the Fund’s Portfolio Manager as well as the Managing Member of the General Partner, Davis Capital Management, LLC.

• Mr. Davis graduated in 1987 from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania where he earned a B.S. in Economics with a major in Finance.

• From March 1988 through April 1989, Mr. Davis served as a Credit Analyst for Drexel Burnham Lambert, Inc.

• From April 1989 to May 1991, Mr. Davis worked as an Assistant Trader at Gruntal and Company, Inc. in the firm trading department managed by Steve Cohen.

• Mr. Davis joined First New York Securities, LLC as a Trader in June 1991, where he became a Partner in 1993 and a Head Trader in 1995.

• In March 2000, Mr. Davis founded Davis Capital Management, LLC and started the hedge fund, Davis Strategic Growth Fund, LP, which was closed to outside investors while  he remained at First New York Securities, LLC through June 30, 2005.

• In 2006, Mr. Davis opened his fund, Davis Strategic Growth Fund, LP to outside investors and began formally marketing the Fund in 2008.

• In December 2009, Mr. Davis founded Davis Capital Advisors, LLC, a registered investment advisory firm.

• Mr. Davis holds his series 7, 24, 55, 63, 65, and 87 licenses.
